It's NOT Rocket Science! is an interactive and innovative event designed to help you build and lead strong teams in an ever-changing business environment. Led by training consultants THM the event focuses on developing strong team players capable of contributing rapidly to any type of team that they join. This event looks at creating the vision and purpose, identifying the right skills mix, teamwork under pressure, fixing team issues, cross-team collaboration and leading a team into a changing future.

Our "It's NOT Rocket Science!" event is led by Garry Marsh, Director of THM, who draws on 12 years of experience at Microsoft and MSN.

Places are just £250 plus VAT per person. The package includes lunch, parking and a chance to meet some wild animals – and that’s just in the training session.
