World Class Manufacturing Programme
___________________________________

LHEO will share their continuing, ongoing route towards World Class Manufacturing. This will include the tools they have adopted and adapted; the successes and failures. The tools used include tiered meetings, visual management and Five S.

Employee Engagement
___________________

It was decided from the start of the current programme that WCM would be business wide rather than just in Operations. All members of staff across the company are members of WCM teams and all have a say in how their department will improve and ultimately how the business will improve.

Lean Office
___________

Lean office is often one of the hardest concepts for people to take on board. In LHEO it has been difficult at times, but it is now becoming the way the business does things. Including, how the employees use their desks, IT space and notice boards.
